ST CANAPA REWARDS

Members will receive a super special deal via text on the day of their Birthday to help them celebrate. This deal will be good for 30 calendar days from date of their Birthday! Everyone who signs up will receive occasional text messages about special promotions, discounts, and events at ST CANAPA. This way all members will receive the inside scoop right in their pockets! 

We’re also now able to reward ST CANAPA members for referring their friends to shop with us. Once you’re signed up, you can find your custom referral link in your ST CANAPA wallet. When friends follow your link to sign up and then shop, they’ll get a 10% discount on their first purchase and you’ll get 200 points, equivalent to our first rewards level! The more you spread the love, the more we hook it up.

Here are the ST CANAPA REWARDS. Each time you reach a level, come into   any ST CANAPA location and make any purchase. You’ll then have the option of cashing in your points on a dollar amount discount on any product, or a percent discount off your entire purchase, and  sometimes FREE merchandise at certain levels…

• Level 1 = 200 points = Newbie
• $5.00 off a product of your choice
• 5% Discount on your purchase 
• Level 2 = 500 points = Social Smoker
• $15.00 off a product of your choice
• 10% Discount on your purchase
• Level 3 = 1,000 points = Stoner
• $42.00 off a product of your choice
• 20% Discount on your purchase
• Level 4 = 1,500 points = Daily Dabber
• $71.00 off a product of your choice
• 20% Discount on your purchase plus a FREE cap (you choose) 
• Level 5 = 2,500 points = Cannasseur 
• $125 off entire purchase (Minimum purchase total of $150) 
• 25% Discount on your purchase plus a FREE weed shirt (you choose) 
• Level 6 = 5,000 = High Life Flyer  
• Get a $250 off entire purchase (minimum purchase total of $300) PLUS you will get an invite to our annual Customer Appreciation VIP Event (we usually plan these each May and each loyalty program member gets an epic goody bag) 

But that’s not all! We have added extra incentives to keep visiting us at  ST CANAPA with Member Milestones. Now you can earn points even faster the more you spend with us. You’ll see your next milestone in your wallet so you can see where you’re at any time. 

Here are the Member Milestones:

• Aunt Marie level: Spend $1,000, earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent.
• Bubba Kush level: Spend $3000, earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent.
• Maui Wowie level: Spend $5000, earn 2 points for every $1 spent – DOUBLE YOUR POINTS!

• You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent at any ST CANAPA location (calculated based on the total after taxes) and points will be removed from your account as you redeem them for offers at each reward level you reach.
• As you spend more at our store, you’ll start earning more than 1 point per dollar spent, see Member Milestones above.
• Points WILL NEVER EXPIRE! so go ahead and shop and keep coming back to keep adding points to your wallet and then…get yourself something nice, you deserve it!.
• Opting into ST CANAPA means you opt in to receiving occasional text messages from us (usually no more than once per week, and never at obnoxious hours). This means you’ll get the head’s up about specials, deals, discounts and events, but it doesn’t mean we’ll annoy and spam you.
• Opting out of text messages can be done easily via reply to any text. But opting out will also mean you won’t be able to participate in the rewards program or stay in the know about specials. 
  

• You can see what offers are available to redeem in your SpringBig Wallet by logging in here. There’s discounts and merchandise items at various reward levels, but keep an eye out for bonus items and surprise goodies like invitations to our Customer Appreciation Party each year.
• You can redeem an offer with any purchase at ST CANAPA. You must make a purchase for us to be able to ring up the reward. If you are redeeming a discount, make sure you show it to your budtender before they finish ringing you up. You can also find and redeem your awards in the cart if you’re ordering online.
• To redeem an offer, make sure you’re in the store and with a budtender before clicking on it in your wallet. Show it to your budtender prior to being rung up, and they will find the corresponding offer in our POS system to attach to your order.

REFERRALS

When one of your referral friends spends $25 at any ST CANAPA location, YOU will receive 200 points, and they will receive 10% Off First Purchase 

BIRTHDAY

Don’t forget to include your birthday when signing up. On your birthday you will receive a special text with a special gift from ST CANAPA! You can then redeem your gift at anytime up to 30 days from the date of your birthday.
